Division of Medical Affairs

Original Hospitalization Division and Registration Division were merged in July 2003 to deal with general valuation and fee collection for outpatient, emergency registration, and hospitalization as well as mortuary business.

1. Smart outpatient and hospitalization process management: The 3^rd Outpatient Building was activated in 2017 and implemented intelligent design and equipment. The ratio of electronic payment up to now achieved 76%.
2. Clinic multi-media register system, counter multi-media calling system, referral information management system, and diversified convenience service on mobile APP as well as the facilities of automatic pay station, automatic machine for prescription of chronic illnesses, mobile counter, and one-stop discharge service at ward hugely enhance service quality and efficiency.
3. With the intelligent management results, the division participated in National Healthcare Quality Award on behalf of the hospital in 2019 and 2020 and received SNQ for the group of intelligent solution in both years.
4. Dealing with mortuary tender and management businesses.
