• 2017/08：Planning for NICU Emergency Surgical Area
• 2017/12：Propose the "Comprehensive Renovation Plan for Section 83"
• 2018/01：Start visiting and collecting relevant information
• 2018/08：Complete the preliminary concept and report
• 2018/09：Formally propose the budget plan for house renovation
• 2019/03：Approve the budget for house renovation
• 2019/05：Complete the ward relocation plan during the renovation period
• 2019/07 ~ 2019/08:  Participate in the Yonglin Healthcare Design Workshop and establish the initial design
• 2019/12：Complete the bidding for supervision and design
• 2020/03：Complete detailed design and adjustment of the relocation plan
• 2020/07：Complete the bidding for various projects and the relocation of the wards
• 2020/09/01：Start construction
• 2021/02/28：Completion and gradual acceptance
• 2021/03/31：Obtain the interior decoration certificate and complete the acceptance
• 2021/04/20：Complete the ward inspection by the Health Bureau
• 2021/04/23:   Start trial operation
• 2021/05/04：Grand opening
