Zheng-Yi-Fang (ZYF) for  COVID-19 

During COVID-19 pedemic, Dr. Yen-Ying Kung and Dr. Kai-Wei Chang cooperated with National Yang-Ming Chiao Yung University team to develop a new Chinese Herbal medicine formula-Zheng-Yi-Fang (ZYF), also known as Houttuynia cordata-based Chinese herbal formula. Accroding to reaserchs, Zheng-Yi-Fang (ZYF) can not only reduce th main protease activity of COVID-19 virus, but also inhibit the ACE2 receptor of COVID-19 virus to fuse with spike protein of human cells, thus to relieve the symptoms of COVID-19 infection.

Dr. Yen-Ying Kung participated the BIO Asia Taiwan  Exhibition of 2022 to show the Zheng-Yi-Fang (ZYF).
