Service Introduction of TVGH Community Healthcare Groups Program

1. TVGH Community Healthcare Groups
There are total of 5 groups including Shilin, Beitou, Louzou, Shipai and Zuoan.

2. Establish a household health profile
Create a personal medical profile including medical conditions, past histories, current medications, allergies, mental conditions and vaccinations.

3. Provide community health information
Provide health knowledges, including health education information, health services, disease screening and other information in order to enhance the ability of self-care, health promotion.

4. Community health Promotion 
Provide health promotion and preventive health care.
5. The two-way referral service
Patient will be referred the local hospital for further managements if the primary care physicians deemed necessary after initial assessment. Patient will then be referred back to his/her primary care physicians once his/her conditions has stabilized. Through this two-way referral system, patient can save money on registration fees, avoid visiting the wrong specialties and save time travelling to hospitals.

6. The combined outpatient care
In order to efficiently utilize medical resources, we provide combined outpatients clinics at the Family Medicine’s Clinic on the third floor of The First Outpatient’s Building, every Thursday 12: 00-14: 00. Dr Fu Shan Cheng’s combined clinics are at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, every Thursday 9:00-12:00.  

7. 24 hours service hotline
Patient can call the 24 hours emergency hotline for any medical issues and referrals can also be arranged.
