We offer health examinations for general labor and special labor at our Physical Check-up Clinic on a regular base. 

General labor health examination

• ​Health check for general workers who are not exposed to special health hazards in their work.​
• The frequency of this periodic health check is once 5 years for workers aged under 40 years, once every 3 years for those aged between 40 and 65 years, and once every year for those aged 65 years or over.

Special Labor Health Examination

• Specifically designed for special workers who engage in hazardous or physically demanding occupations. Currently, there are specifically 32 operations listed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of Taiwan.
• This examination is required for newly hired laborers and for laborers who need to undergo an annual examination.

Eligibility

Laborers who are engaged in the 31 hazardous operations listed by the Department of Labor Standards, including newly hired laborers and those who require an annual examination.

Required documents

• ID card, National Health Insurance card, special operation labor questionnaire
• For labors undergoing annual examination, please also bring a copy of the blue special examination form issued by the Department of Labor and two copies of it.

Notes for the examination

• The examination items are offered based on the inspection requirements for each operation specified by the Department of Labor Standards.
• If the examination items include glucose (GLU) or triglycerides (TG), please fast for 6-8 hours before the examination.

Cost

• The examination is fully self-paid (charged based on the content of the examination).
• For labors who have the blue examination form, the fee is NTD 210.

Report turnaround time

The turnaround time depends on the specific examination and it typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Final health examination report

• The health examination reports provided by our hospital comply with the regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of Taiwan and meet the inspection standards for labor occupational safety and health.
• If additional copying of the examination report is needed for your unit's customized form, an additional copying fee will be charged.
