The cost for in-patient care and home care is covered by the National Health Insurance. The unit is funded mainly by the government but also relies on bequest and donations for patient’s financial assistance and special equipment items. Dah-Der Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting those in need and promoting education and research on hospice and palliative care.
