HISTORY

After the Act of the Establishment and Management of the Government Employee Ethics Units and Officers was announced and enforced on July 1st, 1992, personnel evaluation units of all government agencies were transformed into thegovernment employee ethics units (with government employee ethics offices established). The main duty of these units was to carry out civil service ethics operations, promote clean and competent governance and ensure safety of government institutions.

Business Responsibilities

Chief-Handle the affairs of ethics.

A. Corruption Prevention Division

Prevention of corruption and other related illegal acts, propaganda of laws and regulations related to government ethics and property declaration of public servants.

B. Corruption Investigation Division

Investigation of corruption and other related illegal acts.

C. Safety Investigation Division

Protection of official secrets and security of the agencies
