| one. |
For the convenience of readers, the library of Taipei Veterans General Hospital and the library of National Defense Medical College, through the libraries of their respective units, handles mutual loan of books for readers of the two libraries to facilitate teaching and research. |
| two. |
The libraries of the two institutes tentatively set 20 mutual loan cards for each exchange; it will be adjusted according to the usage situation. |
| three. |
The exchanged mutual loan card is only used for mutual loan of books, and the libraries of both parties are responsible for keeping it for readers to borrow. |
| Four. |
Borrowing books should abide by the relevant regulations of the library of the other party, otherwise the borrowing may not be granted. |
| five. |
Borrowed books should be returned on time. If the books are not returned within the time limit, the library of the unit to which the borrower belongs shall be responsible for the responsibilities of recall, fine and loss compensation. |
| six. |
Libraries of both parties should immediately inquire whether the personnel has paid off the books before leaving the hospital when the personnel leave the job or school, otherwise the library of the unit to which the borrower belongs shall be responsible for the compensation. |
| seven. | When the mutual loan card is lost, the borrower should immediately notify the library of the affiliated unit and the library of the other party. If there is any fraudulent use before the other library handles it in time, the borrower should be responsible for compensation. |
| eight. | The compensation for the loss of the mutual loan card shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of each library. |
| Nine. | Due to the special needs of the libraries of both parties, the borrowed books have the right to recall or stop the mutual loan of books at any time. |
| ten. | If there are any unfinished matters after the implementation of these rules, they can be amended by mutual agreement. |
