Yuan-Hwa Chou, Director of the Centre for Quality Management, is a senile psychiatrist. He received an MD in Taiwan and a Ph.D. in Stockholm in 1988 and 2001, respectively. In addition, he also received an EMBA degree from Singapore Management University in 2003. He was appointed as the director in 2016 based on his overseas experiences. He leads not only this center but a team for innovative hospital development. Under his supervision, his team has reached several outstanding goals, such as an Early Warning System for patient safety, a dashboard for indicator management, and monitor of patient transportation. This center aims to become a well-known world Center for Excellence. |
