In order to help the staff establish the concept of quality management and shape the quality culture of the hospital, Quality Management Center(QMC) invites medical quality experts inside and outside the hospital to have quality management and patient safety lectures or classes for colleagues.

The educational training of quality management enables all the staff to understand more about the concept of quality management, the purpose of quality improvement, other available resources or tools like: RCA(Root Course Analysis),FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis),HTRM(Healthcare Team Resource Management) etc. , and how to use these tools to reach the setting goals.
