（2）In charge of Veterans General Hospitals and University System of Taiwan Join Research Program、Taipei Veterans General Hospital－National Taiwan University Hospital Joint Research Program、Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital, Tri-Service General Hospital, National Defense Medical Center, Academia Sinica Joint Research Program grants administrative works.

（3）In charge of "Improvement of Medical Innovation Award" and "Innovation Improvement Award" administrative works.

（4）Promotion of clinical and basic research cooperation management business.

（5）Consultation and training of biostatistics.
