| one | In order to strengthen the service, the library has specially set up a book return box to provide readers with the ability to return books and audio-visual materials at any time. |
| two | The book return box is divided into "book slot" and "CD slot", which provide readers with books, audio-visual materials and accessories respectively. |
| three | Calculation method of the book return date of the book return box: 1. For all kinds of materials put into the book return box before the opening of the library, the book return date is set as the opening day of the previous day. 2. On national holidays or temporary closing days, the book return date is set as the opening day of the day before the national holiday or temporary closing day. |
| Four | If the books and audio-visual materials put into the book return box are overdue on the book return date, the fine will still be calculated according to the number of overdue days from the actual due date to the opening day of the day before the book return box is put into the book return box. Readers must pay at the library during the opening hours fine. |
| five | If books and audio-visual materials are too large to be put into the book return box, they must be returned to the circulation counter during the opening hours of the library. If the materials are placed above or near the book return box due to failure to put them in, the reader shall be responsible for the loss of materials and the accumulation of overdue fines for non-returned materials. |
| six | For materials returned through the book return box, the book return procedures have not been recorded in the automatic circulation system of the library, and the book return has not been completed. In order to protect the rights of readers, please go to the library website on the next opening day to inquire about personal borrowing record, or contact the library to confirm completion of the return procedure. |
| seven | This provision shall be promulgated and implemented after approval, and the same shall apply when it is revised. |
