Each department fills in the "Book Scope Book" (profile): the designated person in charge of each department coordinates the opinions of the department, and determines the required scope of each department based on the classification table provided by the agent and the classification method of the US National Library of Medicine and themes. |
two. | Compilation of "book scope book" (profile): Each department fills out the "book scope book" (profile) and submits it to the library for sorting out, and confirms the work content with the agent. |
three. | Book selection: Each department must designate at most two specialists or more colleagues as the person in charge of the "Approval Plan". If there are new books from the department in the library every month, at least one of them must come to the library to choose books. The period is about 7 days. The library will select books from each department, notify each department to borrow after the purchase and cataloging are completed, and return the books to the agent without purchasing the books. |
