one | This library is a specialized medical library, which provides materials and various services for medical academic research. All personnel entering the library must abide by copyright laws and other relevant laws and regulations of the library. If there is any violation, they must bear legal responsibility. Service objects: (1) Employees and contracted physicians: Staff and contracted physicians of our hospital are required to present their identification cards when entering the building. (2) Branch employees and retired employees: Branch employees please show the branch identification card, retired employees please show the retirement card, scan the QR code at the entrance of the library and exchange for a reading card, and go through the admission procedures. (3) Family members (including branch staff): spouses and immediate family members over the age of 15 should present a copy of the staff card and the original ID card of the family members (both cards must be prepared at the same time) when entering the library, and scan them at the entrance of the library QR code and exchange for a reading card, and go through the admission procedures. (4) People outside the hospital: People outside the hospital who have reached the age of 20 can scan the QR code at the entrance of the library and exchange for a reading card with their ID card, driver's license, and health insurance card with a photo. Admission procedures. When leaving the library, those who exchange for a reading card must return the reading card. Compensation for the loss of a reading card is NT$100 per card. The embassy is not responsible for keeping all kinds of identity documents that have not been exchanged on the same day. |
Four | This library is not a place for self-study, and is open to non-institutionalists based on the principle of using the library’s collections. Non-institutionalists are not allowed to bring personal books, backpacks and other items into the library. The library provides lockers at the entrance of the library. Readers can set a password by themselves. When leaving the library, they must take their personal belongings with them. Family members, contracted doctors, branch staff, and retired staff can bring their personal belongings into the library in the same way as the staff of the hospital. |
