Colleagues of the hospital can purchase books and audio-visual materials from the library at any time according to actual needs. The referral purchase method can be filled in the paper "book audio-visual materials referral purchase form" or online referral purchase . Each unit can also choose the order referral purchase method. If funds permit, the library will collect and submit an application to the hospital. Purchase after approval. |
| two | The hospital purchases books and audio-visual materials based on the principle of one set (volume) of materials. If the purchased materials are verified as existing collections in the library, the purchaser will be notified immediately, and no additional orders will be made. |
| three | Books and audio-visual materials purchased by colleagues are collected by the library for the use of all colleagues in the hospital, and cannot be borrowed for long-term storage by themselves. |
| Four | Books and audio-visual materials purchased to the library will be notified to the original purchaser to use in the library after being cataloged by the library (they cannot be reserved for the purchaser). |
| five | This provision shall be promulgated and implemented after approval, and the same shall apply when it is revised. |
