| one. | Personnel within the establishment of the hospital who have a reader file in the library can apply for an interlibrary book loan certificate, and borrow books from each mutual loan library with the certificate. |
| two. | The inter-loan card is only used as a certificate for borrowing books, not for other identification purposes. |
| three. | Each person can borrow one inter-library card for each library, and the loan period is 30 days, which can be renewed once. At the end of the period, the borrowed books must be paid off and returned to the library. Overdue return will result in a fine of NT$5 per book per day. |
| Four. | The use of mutual loan cards must abide by the borrowing management rules of each cooperative library. If the violation is serious, it will be reported to the hospital for punishment. |
| five. | The library and the cooperative library of the mutual loan card should be notified immediately if the mutual loan card is lost. If the cooperative library suffers losses due to fraudulent use, the applicant of the mutual loan card should be responsible for compensation. Lost or damaged mutual loan cards need to pay a compensation of NT$100 to the library (if there are special regulations in each library, the regulations of each library shall be followed). |
| six. | During the borrowing period, if the cooperative library has special needs, it may recall the borrowed books at any time and shall not refuse. |
| seven. | Borrowing and returning books must be handled at the library to which the interlibrary loan card belongs. Except for the cooperative library with special agreement, the library does not accept the interlibrary loan and return business for the time being. |
| eight. | This rule will come into effect after it is approved, and it will also be the same when it is revised. |
