Interlibrary Cooperative Photocopying Service Measures

1.     Purpose

The "Digital Cooperation Network of Medical Resources of Veterans Hospital" has officially provided services to all levels of Veterans Hospital since August 23, 1993. In view of the insufficient collection of medical books and periodicals of each Honors Hospital, which cannot meet the needs of their medical staff, and in order to strengthen the use of information resources and meet the needs of medical staff for full-text documents, the cooperation network plans to use the libraries of the three Veterans General Hospital Based on the existing resources, we provide "Inter-library cooperative copying service of Veterans Hospital Medical Resources Digital Cooperation Network" to share medical books and periodicals resources!

2.     Service object

(1) The main service targets are colleagues affiliated with "Twelve Veterans Hospitals, Branches, and Taipei Municipal Kuandu Hospital".

(2) Colleagues affiliated to the three Veterans General Hospitals in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung do not accept applications. If necessary, please apply to the "National Document Delivery Service System" of the China Interlibrary Cooperation Association, or contact the affiliated library.

3.     Service scope

Based on the existing collections of the libraries of the three Veterans General Hospitals in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung.

4.     How to apply

(1) Colleagues of "Twelve Veterans Hospitals, Branches, and Taipei Kuandu Hospital" fill out the application form online and send it directly to the cooperation network office for application (one application form is limited to one document application) .

(2) Colleagues affiliated to the "Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospitals" still maintain the application method through the "Chinese Library and Information Interlibrary Cooperation Association", but there is no handling fee for each other.

5. Service method and processing fee   

( 1 ) Application case processing time: about three to five working days

( 2 ) The materials are delivered electronically or by mail or fax.

( 3 ) Charge standard for interlibrary photocopying:

      Taipei Rong Zong - electronic delivery: 1 yuan per page

      Taichung Veterans General Manager - electronic delivery: 1 yuan per page

　　　　　　　　Mail: 1 yuan per page , the postage shall be handled according to the postage regulations of the post office             

      Kaohsiung Veterans General Manager - electronic delivery: 3 yuan per page

6. This method will come into effect after the resolution of the relevant meeting of the cooperation network is adopted, and it will also be the same when it is revised.
