Purpose
To establish an ideal teaching and working environment, gather top-notch faculty, select suitable talents, and provide comprehensive and systematic teaching content to cultivate outstanding orthopedic specialists, ensuring the rights and safety of patients.
Goals
To cultivate orthopedic physicians who are skilled in both technique and ethics, capable of working independently, and equipped with up-to-date abilities. To enable each trainee to develop appropriately in the fields of clinical service, teaching, and research. It is hoped that the trained orthopedic specialists will achieve the learning outcomes of the six core competencies (Patient Care, Medical Knowledge, Practice-Based Learning and Improvement, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Professionalism, System-Based Practice) in their clinical work.
