Pre-operative:

Preoperative preparations include disease medical condition explantation, preoperative anesthesia visits, and cardiopulmonary exerciser training.

Surgery:

Before the surgery, preoperative planning is executed through high-resolution imaging software to determine the surgical approach and valve size to be used. Patients undergo painless catheter valve surgery without general anesthesia or intubation.

Post-operative:

After the surgery, patients are observed in the intensive care unit for one day before being transferred to the cardiac surgery ward, where they can be discharged approximately 2-3 days after the surgery.
