In order to allow patients to obtain better medical quality, due to emergency needs, our hospital will continue to expand the manpower of the emergency department, supplemented by good equipment and diagnostic tools and encourage colleagues to provide patient-centered, warm, high-quality, safe and valuable medical care and treatment. The innovation of medical care and services, as well as industrial cooperation and symbiosis, will be the main axis of emergency department planning in the future, so that both the quality and quantity of emergency medical care can be taken into account, and the medical needs derived from subsequent social developments can be met.

The following are the general guidelines for the future reconstruction plans of the Emergency Department:

1. Continue to promote the training of emergency physicians and implement talent cultivation.
2. Advocate the concept of triage and classification, and strengthen the hospital's ability to deal with severe emergency medical treatment
3. Participate in pre-hospital emergency medical care and train intermediate and senior emergency rescue personnel
4. Develop disaster medicine and optimize emergency medical services for large-scale events
5. Development of air medical transport, including helicopter evacuation and pick-up operations and aviation medicine
6. Enhance cross-team collaboration with intensive care and palliative care
7. Develop resuscitation, infection control, acute poisoning, point-of-care ultrasound and emergency medicine for the elderly.
8. Promote the introduction of advanced "interventional radiology" into emergency operations, and avoid surgery to treat acute stroke, large vessel obstruction, traumatic internal bleeding, peripheral arterial embolism, critical obstructive jaundice, acute renal edema and other emergencies
9. Develop medical research related to high altitude medicine, sports medicine and environmental medicine
10. Promote telemedicine and consultations to provide better medical quality
