1. Pre-hospital emergency treatment training: Every resident doctor must participate and become familiar with the Dual Track Treatment Flow, and accumulate hands-on experience.
2. Gradually acquire relevant qualifications such as ACLS, ATLS, PALS, NRP, and Instructor; Be responsible for ACLS training internally.
3. Participate in internal toxin disaster and massive casualty drills, to improve adaptability and treatment skills.
4. Learn the methods of fundamental and clinical research, including statistics analysis and experiment design.
