Resident doctors in our department are regularly evaluated, and may undergo evaluations by other departments as well.
Evaluation items include: clinical knowledge and skills, service attitude, case history recording, sense of responsibility, interaction with patients, academic contributions, and attendance.
Upon the conclusion of each rotation, the resident doctor will be given an opportunity to provide feedback to that department as well, so that the evaluation is mutual.
