The scope of clinical training includes the hands-on treatment of hospitalized patients, out-patients, and emergency patients. Clinical discussion groups and the writing of case history are also important components. Venues where clinical training could take place include the Emergency Room, the Examination Room, the Observation Room, and the Intensive Care Unit.
