Generally our practice involved hematological malignancies and benign hematological disease. As a hospital performing the 1st case of allo-HSCT in Taiwan, we had completed more than 1500 hematologic stem cell transplantation. There are 156 beds available, including a disinfection chamber(4 beds available). There are also 15 seasoned attending physicians, three of them professors. To demonstrate the core of hematology, we had multiple interactive light microscope to read peripheral blood or bone marrow smear. A radio-hema-pathology combine meeting is held biweekly to facilitate further treatment. As for oncology, we have multi-discipline care of various tumors, including head and neck cancer, colorectal cancer, sarcoma, breast cancer, and upper GI malignancies.
