The subscription prices for 1 year (12 issues) are shown below. All rates are inclusive of postage and handling.

Individual Subscription rate

• Delivery within Taiwan: NT$1,500

• Delivery within Asia: by AIR MAIL – US$115; by SURFACE MAIL – US$85

• Delivery outside Asia: by AIR MAIL – US$140; by SURFACE MAIL – US$95

Checks should be posted to the Editorial Office, and be made payable to:  "Chinese Medical Association". Please forward any change of address to the Editorial Office: allow 8 weeks for all notifi cation of changes to take effect. All communication during this time should include both old and new addresses (with postal codes).
