Rehabilitation counseling and vocational assessment are a part of overall rehabilitation, aimed at assisting individuals with occupational disabilities but with occupational potential. After their physical and mental condition stabilizes, professional assessments of vocational potential, career counseling, pre-employment training and job adjustment training are provided to help them understand their self-occupational potential and limitations.

The goal is to assist them in achieving maximum function in the areas of physical, mental, social, occupational, and economic and promote self-realization and social participation. Additionally, professional assessments and counseling are provided for individuals with occupational adjustment difficulties, difficulties or those who need career planning.
