The Hospital followed the five principles of AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standards (AA1000 SES), namely Responsibility, Influence, Tension, Diverse Perspectives, and Dependency, and identified seven major stakeholders, including Staff, Patients and their families, Suppliers/Contractors, Government agencies, Clerks, Medical partners, and Volunteers/Community residents.

TVGH attaches great importance to the rights and interests of all sectors. To gain a thorough understanding of the level of sustainability concerns of different stakeholder groups, the Hospital is committed to establishing a two-way engagement mechanism. Through ongoing dialogue in the governance (G), environmental (E), and social (S) aspects, stakeholder feedback is systematically integrated into the Hospital’s long-term operational planning and sustainable development strategies.
