Minimally-invasive surgery for transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF)
Overview
MIS-TLIF is a noval operational method, which can facilitate post-op recovery, length of stay, and increase quality of life.
Features
The purpose of MIS-TLIF is to replact the disc and maintain mobility, spinal alignment, quality of life, etc.
Procedure
Two paramedian incisions will be made under intra-operative navigation guidance. Bilateral facetectomy and decompression will be done by two neruosurgeons. Interbody fusion performed, then followed by screws fixation under navigation guidance.

1. Implant dislodgement
2. Infection
3. Hemorrhage
4. Adjacent segement degeneration
Which then these complications may cause the patient to receive subsequent operation or medical services.
