The Division of Nephrology was established since 1959. To be a world-class medical center, we aim to integrate hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation and prevention of chronic kidney disease. We provide professional medical care and education to the patients. With the development of network generation, along with the use of informative media tools, we provide standardized and accessible education for chronic kidney disease and selection of dialysis modality.

For more welfare of patient, under the full support of superintendent, hemodialysis center located at the first floor of Chung-Cheng building was officially opened on 24th June, 2015. With central dialysis fluid delivery and heat sterilization to prevent biofilm and lower microinflammation, patient satisfaction and quality was emerging. Otherwise, our division developed unique Electronic Bulletin Board System for hemodialysis agenda arrangement. Accompanied with newly equipped working cart, clear patient vital signs and record were obtained with timely management and patient safety.

In order to improving fellow training quality, we cooperate with radiologists and pathologists for monthly joint conference. By communication different opinion, better individualization of therapy is made. Symposium with distinguished scholar and special speech from outstanding nephrologists was hold periodically¸ building a platform for interaction for different aspects.
