1. All nurses working in ICU complete intensive care training including 120-hour lecture courses and 80-hr pratical training.
2. There are 6 beds in burn ICU with 12 nurses. Basis on the occupancy rate of 73-79% during 2013 to 2015, nurse-to-patient ratio was 2.53-2.74.
3. All nurses working in burn ICU complete and obtain training certificate of Advance Cardiac Life Support(ACLS).
