The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Taipei Veterans General Hospital offer excellent medical service and innovative medical skills with efforts of all members. The fields of academic expertise and patient care are highly praised from the community.

The service area of the division consists of micro-reconstructive surgery, craniofacial repair, correction of congenital malformations, reconstruction of head and neck as well as breast cancers, treatment of severe burn patients, and cosmetic surgeries.
 

The teaching programs include routine surgical skill and case conferences, daily ward teaching rounds, and academic journal meetings. These programs promote professional knowledge, reasoning ability, presentation skills, and establish a solid foundation of clinical practice, teaching and research to help our trainee become outstanding plastic and reconstructive surgeons.  
 

Our team consists of doctors, specialized ward, operating room nurses, as well as other health workers in the hospital. Providing caring, patient services with empathy is the characteristic of our division.
